Our new site is finally up and running!
After a redesign, we’re hopeful you’ll agree that our website has a much more modern and usable feel to it.
The navigation of the site and the payment gateways have been much improved and we’re generally happy with it.
Order your takeaway supplies from the comfort of your home
We will soon be installing chat box system so you don’t have to call us anymore. Our customer service chat box will be avilable from 11.30am to 7:30pm. This will help our restaurant and takeaway partners that mostly operate after office trading hours.
Our busiest period is from 4pm to 7pm, so please be patient with us while we get used to the new order system online.
Please also note that any items ordered after 2:30pm will only despatched the following day. If you really need an item the next day, please ensure that you order before 1pm and select “Express Delivery” upon checkout.
You can now pay via PayPal and Payoneer
We’ve also updated our payment processing system. We will now accept PayPal and Payoneer in addition to the regular payments of credit and debit card.
This should help to make the payment process a smoother process.
For takeaway partners that:
(a) do not have credit card facilities or
(b) operate outside of the UK
we suggest that you pay for your takeaway supplies using the Payoneer payment processor. In our opinion, Payoneer provides excellent currency exchange for minimal commission.
Improved accessibility on mobile
We are also aware that lots of our takeaway partners regularly use smart phones to operate their business admin side, so we’ve improved the mobile website.
You can easily use our website on mobile phones to buy takeaway delivery bags as you would via your laptop or computer.
We don’t have an app yet and we’re not looking to provide one, unless it is requested by a number of takeaway partners.
